Fishing enthusiasts also appreciate the quality of the waters of the Isle and the many varieties of fish that can be caught. Pike, perch andbleak are just some of the fish you can tease out.

Canoeing and paddling near Périgueux
The course of the Isle is also ideal for a wide range of water sports. How about a canoe trip during your vacation at camping Au Fil de l’Eau?
We’ll put you in touch with our partner, Canoë Marsac, located 15 minutes from our campsite. They offer canoes for short and long river trips, adapted to your level and your desires. There’s a choice of one-hour or three-hour trips, or an escape game on the water. As a campsite guest, you’ll enjoy preferential rates for discovering the pleasures of paddling.
And this summer, Canoë Marsac will be coming directly to our campsite to offer paddle sessions. This activity will be entirely free of charge for our guests (paid for by the campsite). Join us on July 19 and 26, as well as August 9 and 16, for two morning sessions from 10am to 12pm. Don’t miss this opportunity to glide across the water in an idyllic setting, without leaving the comfort of our campsite.
